The GroupMe App Improves Communication
Agape is using the GroupMe app to communicate to parents. GroupMe gives you the capability to see what your child has been doing throughout the day at the click of a button:
- Photos
- Notes to and from teachers
- What time they went to the potty
- What time they took a nap
- What good things they did that day
- What they learned that day
- What foods they ate
The agape administration and staff feel strongly about incorporating GroupMe into our everyday routines. We feel that it will minimize on missed communication as well as help you feel more engaged with our child’s time spent at Agape. We strongly urge you to sign up as soon as possible so that we can begin having more effective communication.
This will now be our main form of communication. You will not be able to communicate to the teachers via mobile phone calls and texts through their personal lines, it will now have to be done through the app. If you have any questions regarding GroupMe please don’t hesitate to ask. We are here to help you every step along the way, we would like this transition to go as smooth as possible.
